ZaZen will offer a quiet alternative to the traditional revelry of this evening. Join Valorie Beer, ZaZen staff and friends for a night of quiet sitting.

At 9:00 p.m., we will begin alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation until midnight. (Sitting periods will be 25 minutes, with 10 minute periods of walking meditation or quiet breaks in between.) Meditation cushions and chairs are available, or you may bring your own.
At 6:00 a.m. on New Year's morning, fruit and tea will be available before we depart.
If you would like to stay overnight in the meditation space, please bring your own sleeping bag/pillow or other bedding. Some short blankets will be available as floor padding.
