Did you know the practice of yoga was originally designed, thousands of years ago, to get the mind ready to meditate? You’re invited to join Vedic meditation master James Brown for this 3-hour workshop in which you will learn a way of combining yoga and meditation called “rounding”that was designed to trigger the deepest and most profound experience of meditation possible.
Rounding combines a simple, very light sequence of yoga postures that was designed to allow the mind to dive very deeply, a Vedic breathing technique and meditation. The result is to enhance the restfulness of meditation and release your deepest stresses. This workshop is open to anyone. If you don’t yet meditate, but are curious, you will be instructed in a simple technique to use during the workshop.
