As nature so beautifully demonstrates, roots always come before blossoms. For a yoga practice to be truly fruitful, one must first establish a solid foundation in clear intention, understanding of breath and bandha, and cultivation of simple rhythmic movements that support joint health and overall circulation.
In each class, you'll learn a new foundational concept and apply it in a guided yoga practice. These classes will build on each other, so registration for all four classes is required. By the end of our series together, you'll have a practice you can feel confident doing at home and the knowledge needed to safely participate in all-levels yoga classes.
