Join us by the fire, as we explore the healing connection between the breathe, the body, and the mind. In this two hour workshop we will be combining yoga, meditation and massage techniques.
Using Yin (passive) yoga poses to calm the body and Yang (active) alertness of the mind, we become aware of tension held within the body. Tension that has been caused by physical and emotional stresses of our environment. We can explore the somatic connection between emotional stress manifesting itself as physical tension and physical tensions effect in the emotional body.
We will use our meditation and yoga practice to shed light on our tension, we will then use the warmth and heat of the hot stones to help warm the tension, relax deeper and release fully.
