Once a month, ZaZen offers a quiet, gentle half-day of meditation, with alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation from three traditions (Zen, Vipassana and Tibetan). Each sitting period is 25 minutes. Cushions and chairs are available, or you may bring your own. Brief instruction will be given. If you are new to meditation, you may prefer to attend the more detailed Introduction to Meditation first.
