It is the oldest continually practiced and documented system of exercise therapy in the world. This ancient Chinese method of exercise, combines static and flowing movements to reinvigorate the body. Learning the fundamentals of Daoist yoga will completely transform the way you approach any form of practice. This introductory workshop will give you a familiarity with the history and principles on which Daoist yoga is founded, and some simple methods of putting them into practice (mats are optional – sometimes you just need more space!). We will cover both yang and yin yoga as well as the basics of circulating life-energy (qi/prana).
