Join Jill Satterfield for an enriching weekend of meditation and mindful, reflective yoga practice within the nourishing environment of Green Gulch Farm.
The mind embodied is easily anchored in the present. As our life may be full of good intentions it is also full of things we need to do - taking the time for retreat is a generous and kind way to step away from busy-ness and step back in to ourselves.
A reconnection of mind and body, to nature and an option to take a pause leads us back to self - compassion, a deeper layer of understanding and new skills to be more embodied, connected and in the moment once back at home.
This retreat will be composed of:
periods of silent and guided embodied meditation
walking meditation in nature
mindful yoga practice
restorative yoga practice
delicious , nutritious meals from Green Gulch Farm
Single room accommodation in the Green Gulch guest house
enriching conversations amongst a group of new like minded friends
