“Pain is the body’s way of telling us there is something wrong that needs to be addressed.”
I started my journey into massage therapy seven years ago after a life-long fascination with anatomy and the workings of the human body. Since school I have continued my education to strengthen my knowledge of massage theory and to provide my clients with skillful bodywork that is both deeply relaxing and therapeutic.
I firmly believe that massage therapy, whether used as preventative medicine or in conjunction with other forms of healing, can allow the body and mind to achieve a higher level of physical and emotional well-being. Massage therapy allows the body to release stress, pain and emotional fatigue, creating a higher quality of life.
