She is a certified yoga instructor with training in traditional meditation, mindfulness and asana techniques. She also has a diverse background in both business and personal wellness exploration. This range of expertise has given her a unique perspective on the ever elusive "Work-life balance" that we all seek.
Allie teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga classes as well as Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness. Her teachings place an emphasis on incorporating life lessons into moving meditation.
