Join Olympia Nuttall and Joseph Schultz in a weekend devoted to connecting with ourselves and each other, exploring our energetic and physical beings and rejoicing in what we find. We will practice both morning and evening pulling from teachings and traditions of Qi Gong, Hatha Flow, Kundalini Tantra, and Restorative Yoga. Learn the mystical and energetic aspects of yoga to activate dormant aspects of our body’s life force.  Our retreat will journey into beautiful Mendocino County with ancient redwood groves, peaceful hot springs, the mystical sounds of Indian music and the simple silence of meditation.

Meals will be prepared by chefs Daveed Tiriakian and Jamuna Senez who pull from the culinary traditions of California and the Far East to offer delicious organic vegetarian cuisine.

About the teachers:

Olympia Nuttall, a practiced equestrienne from the English countryside, discovered the healing practices of Yoga, Pilates & Gyrotonic® were needed to maintain her body in working order.  Yoga has given her the tools she needed to find peace and awareness in her physical and energetic bodies that opens her up to creativity, exploration and play.  It is these gifts that have inspired her to teach for the past fifteen years so that she can spread love and joy with others.

Joseph Schultz spent his youth as a competitive swimmer and learned that physical practice was the key to a calm and clear mind and that mindfulness and bodywork were the key to maintaining the self.  A chance encounter on a plane in 2009 while working a corporate job led to a multiyear exploration in India, Thailand, and Southeast Asia of the practical and esoteric aspects of yoga and the healing arts.  Joe views the world as a place and opportunity for joyous expression of the self to be shared with others and looks forward to sharing it with you.
