As we near winter solstice -- the longest night of there year -- you are invited to take a pause from the holiday hubbub and give yourself the gift of supportive rest.
In this extended restorative yoga practice, Jill will guide you through a sequence of restful postures and breathing techniques to quiet the mind and invite introspection and reflection.
Essential oils will be offered for application and inhalation, and hot stones will be placed on the body to comfort the senses and facilitate deeper relaxation.
$35 Members, $40 Non Members
In her classes, Jill guides students to find proper alignment and actions in each posture. In this way, she hopes to offer to students from a broad range of skill and experience levels what she has gained from the practice of yoga: a tool for self inquiry and healing. Jill also loves to support others to find deep restfulness through restorative yoga. In her restorative classes, she often incorporates the use of essential oils, and hands on adjustments.
