Salamba Sirsasana (headstand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (whole body supported pose, shoulderstand) are called the king and queen of asanas for good reason! They balance and rejuvenate our nervous system, improve digestion and circulation, all while building strength, flexibility, and of course, balance.
This workshop will explore safe and healthy ways to prepare for and practice these inversions. We will also look at alternate ways to practice for students with neck and shoulder conditions.
