Sankalpa III - Intention Restoration

  • zazen 2219 Filbert San Francisco, CA, 94123 United States (map)

Join Koren Kiener for this third part workshop series, centered around the practices of sankalpa and the law of attraction. A sankalpa devotion ultimately asks us to create the life that brings us joy, and to channel our deepest heart-felt desires. The law of attraction motivates us to access these intentions, and dedicate our focus towards what we wish to manifest.

This event will build upon the previous sessions to further illuminate your intended path. Interested as a first-timer? Great, all are welcome! The benefit of a Sankalpa practice is that it asks us to continually develop and revisit our aspirations. This format will be suitable for both returning and new practitioners, all with the aim to renew your mind, body, and heart for enhanced clarity.

Students will be guided through meditation, mindful asana, restorative sequencing, and contemplative inquiry. This guidance will seek to uproot the true purpose around our intentions and discover the walls that barrier us away from achieving our intentions. There will be emphasis on how our intentions have manifested in both small and large ways through the visible results of our dedication. This offering strives to recognize the actions that have been taken towards meeting our personal goals, tools for maintaining that commitment, and developing insight into our learnings along the way. Students can expect a gentle practice to enable more stillness for inward reflection, embodiment practices, and overall mindful attention.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early with a notebook and pen.
